We started in 2010 as a specialized service workshop in the Mohandessin neighborhood of Giza, with a simple idea: help Egyptian customers trust local service brands the way they trust global ones.
In 2018, Agent Site became an official project within Smart Service Group — which has covered technical maintenance services in the Egyptian market for over 15 years. This move opened doors to international certifications from Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Rational, Convotherm, and more.
Today, we serve thousands of customers yearly — from homes, restaurants, 5-star hotels, hospitals, factories, and data centers across every Egyptian governorate. Our team of 200+ internationally certified technicians are model-specialists, not generalists.
