Frequently asked questions
Do you service restaurant and industrial equipment, or only home appliances?
We cover four service lines: home, restaurant, hotel and industrial. We have different teams of specialized technicians for each line because restaurant equipment and industrial chillers require certifications and tools that differ from home appliances.
Do you offer recurring maintenance contracts for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. For each restaurant or hotel we set up a preventive maintenance contract covering all equipment — including monthly or quarterly visits, safety checks, filter cleaning, and a written status report.
Which chiller types do you work with?
Water-cooled, air-cooled, screw and absorption. Our team specializes in compressor and condenser diagnostics and industrial refrigerant charging — R-134a, R-410a, R-407c and others.
Do you supply industrial spare parts for cooling towers and AHU units?
We source parts from suppliers. For rare OEM parts, we recommend compatible alternatives with identical specs, full transparency on the swap, and an invoice.
What is the warranty period for industrial repairs?
Home repairs carry a 6-month written warranty. Industrial repairs (chillers, AHUs, cold-storage rooms) have warranties that vary by component and compressor — defined in writing in the service contract.
Do you offer after-hours emergency service for restaurants and hotels?
Hotline 16062 takes calls around the clock, but regular visits run daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Urgent calls from hotels, hospitals and clients on a maintenance contract get scheduling priority, and any out-of-hours arrangement is defined in the maintenance contract.
Is Agent Site the brands' authorized service center?
Agent Site is an independent repair center — not the manufacturer's authorized service or warranty provider. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer's service first.
