"Agent Site" is the trade name for the repair services offered by this group, which is a legally independent company unaffiliated with any appliance manufacturer or brand.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to deliver the service, including:

  • Name and phone number when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in the booking form.
  • The content of messages you send us on WhatsApp, including the request details the booking form prepares as a WhatsApp message; these messages are processed through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Service location (street/area/governorate) to dispatch a technician.
  • Device type, brand, and fault description to assign the right specialist.
  • Email address, when voluntarily provided for communication or invoices.
  • Basic technical data (browser, OS, public IP) for security and performance.

We do not collect payment card data on this site — all payments are made in cash or through external means directly with the technician or our administration.

3. Purpose of Collection

  • Fulfilling your service request and scheduling the visit.
  • Contacting you to confirm appointments or clarify fault details.
  • Issuing the formal invoice and the written warranty document.
  • Improving service quality and technician training.
  • Complying with legal and tax obligations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

  • The technician handling the visit — to direct them to the location and brief them on the fault.

We retain service-request data for up to five years after your last interaction, in order to honor warranty obligations and meet tax and accounting requirements under applicable Egyptian law. After this period, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
