• Service location (street/area/governorate) to dispatch a technician.
• Device type, brand, and fault description to assign the right specialist.
• Email address, when voluntarily provided for communication or invoices.

We do not collect payment card data on this site — all payments are made in cash or through external means directly with the technician or our administration.

• Fulfilling your service request and scheduling the visit.

• Issuing the official tax invoice and warranty document.
• Improving service quality and technician training.
