How much does the inspection cost?
We tell you the inspection fee before the visit, and the repair price is written down before any work starts. No hidden fees and no surprises on the invoice.
When does the technician arrive?
Technician visits daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. The appointment is agreed with you when you book, based on your area and the available slots. We currently cover Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Matrouh (North Coast), Sharqia, Gharbia and Dakahlia.
Do you offer periodic maintenance contracts?
Yes — monthly, quarterly and annual contracts for restaurants, hotels and factories, with contract pricing for multi-branch chains.
Do you issue an invoice?
Of course — every repair comes with an invoice + a receipt for the 6-month written warranty on the repair and the replaced part.
Is Agent Site the brands' authorized service center?
Agent Site is an independent repair center — not the manufacturer's authorized service or warranty provider. We repair appliances from 107 brands with specialist technicians and a written warranty.
Do you work on older brands?
Yes — we also work on older models, such as older National, Sharp and Toshiba units. Parts are original or compatible depending on the part and model, and we confirm availability and price before starting.
