No. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer's service first so you don't lose that warranty. Once it has ended, we repair it with a 6-month written warranty on the repair and the replaced part.
Do you cover governorates outside Cairo?
Yes — we currently cover Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Matrouh (North Coast), Sharqia, Gharbia and Dakahlia. If your area isn't on this list, call and ask before booking.
