Battery replacement with an original or compatible battery, depending on the model, with a 6-month written warranty
Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Repair
Cordless and handheld vacuum repair (Dyson, Samsung Jet, LG CordZero): fast-draining battery, brush not spinning, no charging. 6-month written warranty.
Agent Site is an independent repair center — not the manufacturer's authorized service or warranty provider.

A cordless vacuum (a stick or a small handheld) runs on a lithium-ion battery, a small high-efficiency motor and a cyclone that collects dust without a bag. Its parts: the battery, the motor, the cyclone bin, the HEPA filter, the motorised brush that lifts dirt from carpets, and a small display on premium models. We repair models such as the Dyson V8, V10, V11 and V15, the Samsung Jet and the LG CordZero — mostly batteries, motors and filters. Common faults: a battery that has worn down over time, a weak motor, a clogged cyclone or a broken brush.

Tips to keep your Handheld Vacuum Cleaner running
- Charge it fully before first use; there is no need to run it flat — lithium-ion batteries last longer with normal top-up charging
- Don't leave the vacuum with a flat battery for weeks — it shortens the battery's life
- Clear hair from the brush every week
- Wash a washable HEPA filter monthly in cold water and let it dry completely before refitting it
- Empty the cyclone bin after every use
- Don't vacuum up water or other liquids
- Store and charge the vacuum somewhere with a moderate temperature, away from extreme heat or cold

Handheld Vacuum Cleaner — frequently asked questions
The battery drains fast — is replacing it worth it?
It depends on the model. On premium models such as the Dyson V11/V15, a new battery is usually worth it because the rest of the vacuum is fine. We fit an original or compatible battery, depending on the model, with a 6-month written warranty.
The motorised brush won't spin — why?
Usually hair wrapped around it stops it turning. Take the battery out first, then remove the brush as the manual shows and clear the hair. If that doesn't fix it, the brush motor is faulty.
Do you work on the Dyson V8/V10/V11?
Yes — we repair Dyson, Samsung Jet and LG CordZero vacuums with original or compatible parts, depending on the part and model.
The vacuum won't charge — what should I do?
1) Make sure the dock or charger has power. 2) Try a working charger made for your model if you have one. 3) If the battery is old, it probably needs replacing. 4) If not, the vacuum's charging circuit needs checking. If the battery is swollen or gets very hot, don't charge it.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the model and how it is used — running on maximum power (Boost/Max) a lot shortens its life. If it now runs out much faster than before on the same power mode, it is time to consider a replacement.
Can I replace the battery myself?
On the V15 and newer V11 models the battery is a click-in pack you can swap by hand; the V8 and V10 use screws. Use a battery made for your model from a reliable source. If the battery is swollen, gets very hot while charging or smells odd, stop charging and stop using it, and call a technician.
