Fan motor and capacitor replacement
Fan coil unit (FCU) repair for mid-size hotels — an indoor-only unit (cooling coil, fan, filter) connected to the hotel central chiller via chilled water pipes. Lower consumption than a PTAC. Brands: Carrier 42N, Trane UniTrane, York YHF, Daikin FXMQ, Mitsubishi PEAD. Call **16062**.
A fan coil has a cooling coil (a copper coil fed with chilled water from the chiller), a variable speed fan (1-3 speeds), a filter, a drain pan with a condensate pump, and a thermostat/controller. Common faults: a failed fan motor, a cooling coil blocked by dust, a faulty condensate pump (water leakage), a failed three-way valve, and a faulty thermostat.

A full inspection of every FCU in the hotel
The condensate pump has failed. Fix it immediately on 16062 — an hour of delay means damage to the ceiling of the room below.
Either the cooling coil is blocked, the three-way valve is burned out, or the thermostat is faulty. An inspection will determine it.
